Walker Quarries

Fellow denizen of the Blue Mountains, John McAuley, invited me to create a website for the newly created Walker Quarries at Wallerawang near Lithgow. I quickly came to terms with the quarry lingo, you know, the differences between aggregates and pebbles, ballast and gabion, manufactured sands and road base. I came up with a system of photographing the different materials which involved an unintended use for a cake tin.

I also assisted with the organisation online of all the information required for an exhaustive statutory reporting system.
